【2012年5月9日】 日前，總部位於香港的勞合社成員(Lloyd’s of London)領航海上保險顧問公司 (FP Marine Risks Limited, 下稱FP) 正式獲批入股華一保險經紀有限公司(HY Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd.)。兩者皆為專業海上保險顧問公司，專責為企業提供海上保險方案。 隨著領航海上保險顧問公司的入股，華一保險經紀有限公司正式採用「HY Marine Risks Limited」(下稱HY)作為其英文名稱，彰顯兩者的夥伴關係及緊密合作！ 這次入股是FP踏進內地市場的一個重要窗口，此全新的合作橋樑為FP迎來拓展中國市場的契機，並將全面和一流的海上保險方案帶給國內企業。與此同時，身為倫敦勞合社成員，FP擁有豐富的全球經驗，將為HY注入更國際化的視野及專業觀點。 談到這次合作，FP Marine Risks 集團執行董事Philip Bilney表示：「這是FP業務史上重要的一刻! 中國內地市場是在我們全球經營上極重要的市場。我們熱切期待與高忠德先生及他的HY團隊展開合作，藉著新銳的網路化運作系統，將嶄新的海上保險顧問服務引 進內地市場。」 FP Marine Risks的海上保險顧問服務擁有發展完善的國際貨運及物流網路系統，並且被業界廣泛使用。而HY的核心業務正是貨運險與物流險，因此HY企業客戶不日將享受與體驗到此網路系統的便捷。 提及FP這個新的合作夥伴，HY Marine Risks執行董事高忠德先生表示：「我們期待已久與FP團隊共事，希望通過雙方緊密合作，將國際化及現代化業務風格共冶一爐，為所有客戶創造全新價值！」
